Devon County Show 2019

A couple of weeks ago the Westexe Group exhibited at the annual Devon County Show. We were thrilled to have taken part in the event again this year, with a large stand over the 3 days.

The county show, which is held at Westpoint near Clyst St Mary, Exeter, is held every year to showcase and celebrate Devon and all it has to offer. At the show itself there are a number of areas including a large main arena. Here visitors can watch the show’s entertainment throughout the day. For 2019 there were some fantastic displays which included a motorbike stunt display team, Shetland ponies, Showjumping, bird displays and much more. Not only were there shows, but there were thousands of animals at the show competing for rosettes, a huge food fair, crafts and garden pavilions, vehicles and demonstrations.

Our stand, which was number 250 located on avenue F, looked great on the day thanks to the Westexe Group team. There was plenty of interest in the Westexe stand, and our giant deck chair and RC forklift challenge proved very popular across the entire 3 days.

We held a customer evening on the first day of the event, where they could come and visit the stand themselves to see the variety of products and services that we had on display. The night was a great success, with an outdoor barbecue to celebrate!
